Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Designatedwashington Mold Help works and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Designatedwashington Mold Help Does

Designatedwashington Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not carry out mold inspections, sampling, lab testing, removal, cleaning, repairs or any related services.

When you phone the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Designatedwashington Mold Help may receive payment from providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Designatedwashington Mold Help. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work, including any test results
• Its licenses, insurance, training and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on who is taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
